Customer Acceptance

• By signing below, Customer acknowledges they have reviewed and accepted the scope of work, specifications, pricing, and terms in this Work Order.
• Customer authorizes Ariel F Fence Corp to purchase materials, schedule labor, initiate engineering and permit applications if applicable, and proceed with the work described above.
• This signed Work Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Customer and Ariel F Fence Corp.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to commencement. Deposits become non-refundable once materials are ordered, permits are initiated, engineering is completed, or fabrication begins.
• Permit fees, engineering fees, surveys, inspections, and governmental fees are not included unless specifically stated in writing.
• Any additions, modifications, upgrades, or changes requested after acceptance require a written Change Order and may result in additional charges.
• Ariel F Fence Corp is not responsible for delays caused by weather, permit processing, inspections, material or labor shortages, acts of God, or circumstances beyond its control.
• Customer agrees to provide adequate access to the job site throughout the project.
• Customer agrees to pay any collection costs, attorney fees, court costs, and related expenses incurred in collecting unpaid balances.
• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
